Adaptive Mountain Bike Weekend in Stowe

Group of Adaptive athletes on Mountain BikesGreen Mountain Adaptive Sports will host its second organized Adaptive Mountain Bike Weekend in Stowe, Vermont on the weekend of September 24 and 25, 2022.

  • THIS EVENT IS CLOSED, we have 18 athletes registered and have reached our maximum. There is still a need for volunteers if you’d like to join us for one, or both days.

We expect a solid dozen adaptive riders to join us on one day, or for the whole weekend. The event will include group rides on town and private single track trails, skills courses, demos, camping, a bbq, and a ton of networking and exploration. More details about locations and schedule of events to follow.

New to the sport? Come and demo some hand cycles from a fleet of adaptive mountain bikes, including some e-assist bikes, and a Bowhead. Scroll down this page to view the 2021 photo gallery.

Registration opens on March 1st, 2022. Cost is $30 per rider and per companion, and includes a BBQ, beverages, and 2 nights of camping. Local volunteers attend for free and need to fill in the registration form below. Donations are welcome.
