In this upcoming virtual clinic, we will offer spring bike tune-up tips and tricks to make sure that your rig will be hitting the pavement or the trails in perfect riding condition.
Join us virtually on Thursday, May 19th at 6 pm EDT as Chris Coyne, co-owner of Bike-On, walks us through some spring maintenance for your handcycle or recumbent. In this virtual tune-up clinic, he’ll review bike basics such as tire pressure check, front, and rear derailleur adjustments, and cleaning and lubing the chain. In order to keep your bike in its best shape, he’ll also review essential hardware, cable, and housing, and show you how to adjust your brakes as needed. The clinic will end with a Q&A period. To sign up, fill out the registration form below.
This clinic is perfect for end-users, as well as for anyone working, or volunteering in an adaptive program. We guarantee you that everyone will walk away with some new practical tips that may very well save the ride!
We Need Your Input
As always, we also want some of the content of this clinic to be attendee driven, so please send us your questions or specific issues that you are having with the maintenance of your handcycle or recumbent bike on the registration form below. Having the questions ahead of time will enable us to discuss the issues and incorporate the answers into the presentation. We will also take questions at the end of the presentation.
If you are not available to attend live, we invite you to register anyway, and we will send you the link to the recording after the clinic is completed. To review some of our past virtual monoski clinics, click here.
This virtual clinic is presented by Green Mountain Adaptive Sports, and made possible by a collaboration with Bike-on.com. This 2021-22 Virtual Clinics Series is generously presented by the High Fives Foundation and sponsored by Tessier, DynAccess and Inntopia.
The code to attend the Zoom presentation will be sent to you as soon as you register for this free clinic on the form below.
