Our Programs

Ski and Ride
Qualifying Vermonters can apply for a scholarship for adaptive ski lessons, day passes, or a season pass to explore the wonders of skiing and riding at Stowe Mountain Resort.

Indoor Rock Climbing
This fun year-round program introduces athletes of all ages to the sport of rock climbing, and pushes old pros to their limits at Stowe Rocks and at Metro Rocks in Essex Junction.

Swimming
One of GMAS’s most popular programs focuses on acclimation to the aquatic environment, stroke work, and competition swimming at The Swimming Hole in Stowe.
Making Dreams Come True
Green Mountain Adaptive Sport’s mission is to improve the quality of life for people living with a disability residing in or visiting Vermont through access to sports and recreational activities. We also work cooperatively with our partners to enhance their ability to deliver a quality experience to persons with disabilities.

Join Green Mountain Adaptive Sports in collectively raising $20,000 by the end of November through the GMAS CommUNITY Challenge!
Create your own fundraising campaign to support GMAS, or donate to an existing fundraiser. Help us reach our goal and continue to provide Vermonters living with a disability access to adaptive sports programs.
