Ski and Ride
Qualifying Vermonters can apply for a scholarship for adaptive ski lessons, day passes, or a season pass to explore the wonders of skiing and riding at Stowe Mountain Resort.

Indoor Rock Climbing
This fun year-round program introduces athletes of all ages to the sport of rock climbing, and pushes old pros to their limits at Stowe Rocks and at Metro Rocks in Essex Junction.

Swimming
One of GMAS’s most popular programs focuses on acclimation to the aquatic environment, stroke work, and competition swimming at The Swimming Hole in Stowe.
Making Dreams Come True
Green Mountain Adaptive Sport’s mission is to improve the quality of life for people living with a disability residing in or visiting Vermont through access to sports and recreational activities. We also work cooperatively with our partners to enhance their ability to deliver a quality experience to persons with disabilities.

Tetra Ski at Stowe

Participants with complex disabilities will be skiing in the world’s first alpine sit-ski with the use of a joystick and/or breath control.
Nordic Ski Open House
Sat, Feb 11, Craftsbury, Vt.
Join us for cross-country skiing, games, hot cocoa with family and friends at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center.
Adaptive Aquatics Workshop
April 30 + May 1, Greater Burlington YMCA.
Join us at a trainers’ workshop to learn to teach adaptations to the basic swimming skills in a supportive and interactive community building environment.
