Ski & Ride
Full time Vermont residents can apply for a scholarship for adaptive ski lessons, day passes, or a season pass to ski and ride at Stowe Mountain Resort or at Smugglers’ Notch Ski Resort.

TetraSki + SnowKart
New to our fleet at Stowe Mountain Resort are a TetraSki and a Snow’Kart, two incredible sit skis that provide independent skiing for people with complex disabilities.
Nordic Skiing
Learn a life-long sport by applying for one-on-one cross-country ski lessons, or for a day, or season pass to enjoy independent Nordic skiing at Craftsbury Outdoor Center.

Swimming
This popular program focuses on acclimation to the aquatic environment, stroke work, and competition swimming at four pools in Stowe, Burlington, White River Junction, and Berlin.

Indoor Rock Climbing
This program introduces athletes of all ages to the sport, and pushes old pros to their limits at Metro Rocks in Essex Junction, Petra Cliffs in South Burlington, and at Stowe Rocks.

Skateboarding
NEW for the Fall of 2025! GMAS and Talent Skatepark have teamed up to offer an all-inclusive, adaptive skateboard program designed for athletes with physical and/or neuro disabilities.

Movement Classes
Acrobats & Ninjas, this program is for you! Bounce on the trampolines, climb, and get in the obstacles course at Elevate Movement Collective in Stowe.

Kayaking
Enjoy the power and independence of paddling across the Waterbury Reservoir with GMAS and our partners from the Northeast Disabled Athletic Association.
