Stowe Cider’s Annual Winter Solstice Party at the Matterhorn last Saturday, December 17 was a huge success and raised close to $5,000 for Green Mountain Adaptive Sports.

This year Stowe Cider chose to donate 100% of cover proceeds and all raffle sales to Green Mountain Adaptive Sports to support our mission of leaving no one on the sidelines, and in strengthening our beloved community.

The event featured live music from The Deadbeats and a huge raffle including skis, clothing, gift cards, and other prizes from local sponsors.

Sincere thanks to all who came to dance and party with us, looks like the snow dance paid off! We are also eternally grateful to Stowe Cider and their fabulous team, as well as to the following businesses for their generous donation to the raffle:

J Skis, Skida, Piecasso, Renoun Skis, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Top Notch Resort and Spa, Outdoor Gear Exchange, Darn Tough, Harlyjane Massage Therapy, Vermont Flannel, Skinny Pancake, Laughing Moon Chocolates, The Bench, Black Diamond, and The Whip Bar and Grill
